Justin Briggs - Co-Director
Year/Major: 2016 - PhD - Applied Physics
A Little About Me: I love playing outside - climbing, skiing, biking, running, river rafting, dancing about in high alpine meadows filled with wildflowers... And I want my grandchildren to be able to enjoy the earth too!
Why I Volunteer: Less stuff in the landfill, less consumption of new materials, and way more dance parties in silly clothes!
Favorite Free Store find: Purple down jacket!

Maria Deloso - Co-Director
Year/Major: 2015/Earth Systems
A Little About Me: If you gave me a day to do nothing, I'd probably be listening to music and haphazardly reading excerpts from the books and magazines at Green Library.
Why I Volunteer: Going back to visit family in the Philippines is a constant reminder of how unequally resources are distributed-- the least we can do as people living more resource-intensive lifestyles is to stop throwing everything away. Additionally, meeting new people and hearing their awesome stories!
Favorite Free Store find: My current mac charger!

Garmai Gorlorwulu - Operations
Year/Major: 2015/HumBio
A Little About Me: My two loves in life: Podcasts (This American Life, especially) and pseudo-intellectual conversations. At any given moment in the day, I am never far from either of these things.
Why I Volunteer: I have this fantasy of owning an super hipster thrift shop in Portland once this "trying to be an adult" phase of my life is over. This is great practice.
Favorite Free Store find: Wooden elephant figurine that I was able to re-purpose as an awesome gift

Year/Major: 2018/Undeclared
A Little About Me: A confused, coffee- loving musician who favors the morning shower and beautiful words like "serendipitous" and "irk".
Why I Volunteer: The Free Store should never die because "poor college student" is a real epidemic. But because it's so widespread, this amazing place fosters such a caring, collaborative community. Sharing is caring~
Favorite Union Underground find: Solar powered cell phone charger backpack WHAT

Leela Srinivasan - Marketing/Outreach
Year/Major: 2018/Anthropology
A Little About Me: I love nail polish, stuffed artichokes, and that time usually around August when the sunlight turns golden.
Why I Volunteer: It's a nice alternative to pricier stores on campus....not naming any names..... but there's such a nice, supportive and low-key attitude that you can really only get at the Free Store- we're all here because we want to be involved and we want the best for the Stanford community.
Favorite Free Store find: A bright pink Justin Bieber shirt that probably would have fit me when I was about 7
